Welcome to Static Veil. By purchasing from our shop or subscribing to our communications, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our products, services, and marketing channels.


2. Communications: Email & SMS Marketing

  • Consent: By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive marketing communications from us, including product updates, promotions, and exclusive offers.

  • Frequency: We aim to keep messages minimal and meaningful. Expect 2–4 communications per month unless you opt into special alerts.

  • Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our messages. For SMS, reply “STOP” to discontinue.

  • Data Use: Your contact information will only be used for our marketing purposes and will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of service providers necessary to deliver these communications.


3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn apparel and undamaged prints.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original condition. We cannot accept returns for customized or limited-edition pieces.

  • Process: To initiate a return, contact us via our shop’s messaging system or email. Once approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Exchanges: If stock allows, exchanges may be offered. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.


4. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our control. Products are provided “as is,” without warranties beyond those required by law.


5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our shop page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
